Tap the "+" button on the main screen to create a new task. You can set a title, priority, and scheduled date.
Pomelo uses the Pomodoro technique: 25-minute focus sessions followed by short breaks. Tap Start on the timer page to begin. You can customise durations in Settings.
Every completed focus session is automatically recorded against the active task. You can review your sessions in the task detail view.
Pomelo currently stores all data locally on your device. Cross-device sync is planned for a future update.
Go to Settings and grant Pomelo access to your Reminders and Calendar. Your events will then appear in the Today view (iOS only).

The Stash is your inbox for tasks that don't belong to today. Think of it as a backlog: capture anything you want to do eventually, then pull tasks into Today or Tomorrow when you're ready to act on them.
Today shows tasks you've committed to finishing today. Tomorrow is a staging area for tasks you're planning to tackle next. At the start of each day, tomorrow's tasks become available to move into Today.
The Eisenhower matrix organises your tasks into four quadrants based on urgency and importance. Tap the grid icon to see your tasks laid out this way and identify what to focus on first.
Swipe right on a task to see scheduling options, or open the task and change its scheduled date from the edit form.
Yes. When creating or editing a task you can mark it as urgent, important, or both. These flags are used to position it in the Eisenhower matrix.
Yes. Go to Settings, then Timer, then Timer Duration. You can set custom lengths for focus sessions, short breaks, and long breaks.
A cycle is a set number of focus sessions followed by a long break. By default this is 4 sessions. You can adjust the cycle length and enable or disable long breaks in Timer Settings.
Yes. In Timer Settings you can enable auto-start for breaks and focus sessions separately so the timer moves to the next phase without you having to tap.
Go to Settings, then Timer, then Timer Style. You can choose a different font family and adjust the size of the countdown display.
Yes. Enable "Keep Screen Awake" in Timer Settings to prevent the display from turning off during a focus session.
Go to Settings, then Appearance. You can pick from a range of colour palettes and switch between light, dark, or system mode.
Pomelo follows your device language. It currently supports English, Turkish, and Polish. You can change your device language in iOS Settings.
Make sure you have granted Pomelo the necessary permissions. Go to iOS Settings, scroll to Pomelo, and check that Reminders and Calendars access are both enabled.
Check that notifications are enabled for Pomelo in iOS Settings. Go to Settings, then Notifications, find Pomelo, and make sure Allow Notifications is turned on.
